The Department of Engineering and Technology Automation Systems Centre (ASCent) have for over 30 years provided support and training in instrumentation and control for the local and national industry in the form of short courses, consultancy, feasibility studies and software development for control systems.
Based at Manchester Metropolitan University in the heart of the city, ASCent is the UK's only certified PROFIBUS Competence Centre, delivering accredited courses for the automation community.
